Mission

To foster long-term mentoring relationships by providing professional development and social events to Mentor and Mentee pairs in the Institute of Industrial Engineers.

About

The M&M Program is the Mentor/Mentee Program for the Institute of Industrial Engineers, University of Florida chapter. M&Ms are offered unparalleled access to networking, undergraduate scheduling advice, socials, professional development, and more! Each semester, the program hosts unique and exciting events such as UF Scavenger Hunt, Bowling with P&G, Beach Volleyball, community service, and the semesterly Trivia Night. Furthermore, weekly emails are sent to all M&Ms with career tips and information about events on campus. Top participating M&Ms are eligible for exclusive prizes!

New in Spring 2014

Professional Development Series Video Conferences! P&G will host video conferences throughout the semester focused on professional development and leadership topics that can most benefit UF ISEs. Each short video conference will be followed by an interactive discussion by M&Ms about our take-aways.
